RBS Stand Up of Network Services and Email Migration Services Business Requirements Key Functions Major Subfunctions / Detailed Descriptions / Features Email & Collaboration Provide email to all end users Provide messaging services Provider will assume full operational and management responsibility for e-mail, Microsoft Exchange and Lotus Notes, and integrated messaging products.
