When watching the videos in LinkedIn videos it is important to ensure that you take advantage of putting the correct employees in place and to use the proper and necessary resources, this is a step-by-step process. Laying out the plan and ensuring that the organization recognizes its strengths and weaknesses. These tools in the videos show how to recognize the skills that the organization and the members have working to further develop them. By working with the team and identifying the mission and the goal of the organization it will be easier to implement the strategic plan and ensure that it is successful.
