As this course draws to an end, reflecting on the progress made in the research project provides valuable insights into both my strengths and areas for improvement. The process of developing two drafts of my essay has been instrumental in deepening my understanding of the research topic, honing my analytical skills, and refining my ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely. Throughout this journey, I have applied a broad range of knowledge from liberal arts disciplines, which have enriched my contextual understanding and critical thinking capabilities.

In the initial stages, I succeeded in identifying a compelling research question that guided my inquiry. I conducted extensive literature reviews, drawing from credible sources to build a solid foundation for my argument. My ability to analyze large sets of research data allowed me to identify key themes and trends, which I integrated into my drafts to support my thesis. I took care to articulate my findings in a manner that is both comprehensive and accessible, ensuring that my report conveys the significance of my research effectively.

Despite these successes, I recognize there is still room to improve. My initial drafts could benefit from more cohesive transitions to enhance the flow of ideas.
