Throughout this course, I have explored various definitions and theories related to leadership, examined the Kouzes and Posner model, and reflected on my personal experiences within my organization. Leadership is a dynamic construct that influences organizational success and individual growth. Initially, my understanding of leadership centered around traits such as charisma, decisiveness, and authority. At the outset, I saw leadership primarily as a position of power and control.
