This reflection highlights the three most significant concepts I have taken from the course and discusses how these concepts influence my professional approach. Additionally, I will consider how certain aspects of the course have altered my perception of HRM's function within the private sector.

Important Concept 1: Strategic Human Resource Management

The first key concept is Strategic Human Resource Management (SHRM). This approach emphasizes aligning HR strategies with organizational goals to drive performance and competitive advantage. In my work experience, understanding SHRM has illuminated how HR practices are not isolated functions but integral to broader organizational success.
