This reflection aims to analyze these methods, assess the group's strengths and weaknesses, propose strategies for improvement, and explore how interprofessional collaboration can enhance patient outcomes.

The team primarily utilized digital communication platforms such as email, instant messaging, and collaborative online tools like shared documents. Video conferencing was also employed during scheduled meetings to facilitate real-time discussions, especially for clarifying complex issues and making collective decisions. Additionally, we used standardized communication frameworks such as SBAR (Situation, Background, Assessment, Recommendation) to ensure clear and concise information transfer during virtual interactions. These tools promoted transparency and accountability within the team, allowing each member to contribute effectively despite different locations and schedules.

Moreover, the team adopted active listening techniques and encouraged open dialogue to foster a respectful environment where diverse perspectives could be shared. Strengths and Weaknesses in Collaboration
