CAREER ENHANCEMENT Career enhancement NAME: INSTITUTION: PART I The ever changing needs in the global environmental economy has led to the need to have the development of new and vibrant methodologies. The business administration field has not only been of great importance to the evolving situations but has also been accompanied by analytical approaches towards the academic research. My career goal is more than clear, I want to be part and parcel of academic research and therefore get a chance of exploration towards my career in International business and administration. Approach and therefore considered to be part of dependable worldwide economy. My main aim towards the ever changing business markets, the consequence and challenges of various business applications and proper analysis together with ways of exploring new ways for business growth.

My instinct has it that a Master’s degree will be very important towards the goal of getting better ideas in understanding the field. This will be very key in practical applications of the skills. The process of proper understanding and the application of quantified analysis and quality approach in the international in business area is my area of interest. As part of steps in ensuring that my experiences are up to date in relation to technological requirements, I already have undisputed computer skills alongside my generous involvement in co-curricular activities. Analytical skills that I have obtained can clearly be seen manifested in my projects.

The viable knowledge of languages is also in no any kind of doubt. The cordial group association that requires interpersonal skills has been achieved through collaborative projects that have further provided mush motivation to me. I am looking forward to being part of Master degree specializing in finance with exceptional faculty and research facilities. I am keen on being part of this collaborative learning culture and attach an important edge to my career and be one step closer to the fulfillment of my career objectives. What I am patiently yearning to achieve is to be part of my master’s degree in Business Administration.

I have very great interest in collaborative learning environment and it has also impacted very positively towards my career and just an inch away from fulfilling my career objectives. PART II The general field of business is endowed with so many opportunities that provide a huge chance for growth and development. It is an era where companies are trying to hire people who are of good background in matters of business relations. This will ensure that the firms are capable to remain very competitive. Having gone much of my way in terms of computer skills and administration as part of my training promotion of online retail and even manage the part of being IT administrator in the field.

It is undisputable that the employment sector in both the field blossoms. Most businesses have now created a very important department for business administrators to meet the business needs of the companies. For sure, firms cannot operate in the current economy without including this important sector. While there are huge employers like Google, Apple and Amazon, even the small organizations have business organization offices and need organization administrators. Additionally, countless are presently organization division so there will be no deficiency of business occupations in the years to come.

It is driving the development of the whole business and it is wherever from form and retail to social insurance and gadgets. Indeed, even the online networking groups like Facebook and Twitter hire business organization administrators in substantial numbers. The development of business organizations has enormously made this area exceptionally lucrative. In the 21st century, the business organization segment has prompted production of various employments to many individuals.
