Determination is key to achieving personal educational objectives. Choosing a career in healthcare administration requires commitment due to the sensitive nature of medical services. Personally, I have a passion for healthcare administration and have set short-term goals, such as attending classes to attain a degree. Since the healthcare management degree is less common and highly demanded, professionals are sought after in health centers, making it easier to secure a job and earn income during and after retirement.
