This project will result in the development of new voice recognition software with upgraded technology and encourages CSI’s corporate strategy of providing gradually and user friendly solutions to clients which improve quality in both the workplace and home environment. This software although is currently available but CSI believes that new technological developments will enable our team to develop a solution far superior in terms of productivity as compared to the exsiting one. Project Scope Statement Project manager is responsible for scope statement.The scope for the project can be provided along with Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) and WBS Dictionary. The Project Manager, Sponsor, and Stakeholders have the authority whether to approve the project or not depending upon the budget, key features of project and project deliverables. . Any changes to the scope will be initiated by project manager, members of project team or stakeholders. Upon evaluation and acceptance, the changed scope will be submitted to Change control board and sponsor of the project to agree.
