Throughout the NUR4636 course, I have gained insights into various facets of healthcare systems, regulatory processes, and social determinants that influence practice. This reflection explores four specific areas wherein I now feel more prepared to contribute meaningfully to healthcare policy, organization, regulation, and advocacy, ultimately enhancing my capacity as a future nurse leader and advocate.
