Select a company with an existing HR problem and prepare an executive proposal
I want you to select a company (I am open to any) that has an existing HR problem. You will conduct research on this company and write up a case study/analysis. You are essentially preparing an executive proposal on how to solve this problem. The format should be the same as the cases in your packet. This should be at least 5-6 pages double spaced. You will need to include company demographics and background information as part of the analysis. Two references are required, with at least one coming from the course text.
