The company’s culture fosters innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement, which influence its approach to technology adoption and utilization.
Market positioning is strong within niche segments, with a reputation for high-quality products and technological advancements. This market position necessitates robust IT investments in production automation, product development systems, and customer relationship management (CRM) tools to sustain competitive advantage.

The IT staff includes system analysts, support technicians, and developers.
