While many of these programs have proven their effectiveness, there remain areas that require improvement, particularly concerning employee well-being and retention strategies.

Assessing Amazon’s current HR programs, they have a structured onboarding process, a comprehensive training and development program, and workplace diversity initiatives. Their recruitment policies prioritize diversity and inclusion, fostering innovation through varied perspectives. Amazon’s performance management systems emphasize goal alignment and continuous feedback.
