As a follower, I tend to favor a democratic style of leadership because it encourages participation, fosters mutual respect, and often leads to better decision-making processes. Democratic leadership allows followers to voice their opinions and contribute ideas, which increases motivation and engagement. I find that this approach builds trust and a sense of shared responsibility, ultimately leading to more cohesive and productive teams. In my experience, when leaders involve followers in decisions, it creates a collaborative environment that boosts morale and results in better outcomes.

Building strong interpersonal connections helps create a supportive work environment and enhances communication among team members. I believe that establishing positive relationships fosters trust and loyalty, which are essential for effective teamwork.
