For this assignment, you will draw from OD data, information, and knowledge presented and discussed throughout the term to examine a real-world organization that has undergone significant system-wide organizational change and/or transformation. You will select one of the organizations listed below for analysis: Toyota, General Motors, Denny's, Wal-Mart, Apple, or FEMA.

Your research and subsequent analysis will focus on identifying and understanding the management challenges encountered by the organization during its change process. Your paper should demonstrate your ability to apply course concepts related to organizational change and development (OD), incorporating critical thinking, original insights, and supporting data from both the required readings and credible outside sources.

The paper should be approximately six pages in length, plus a title page and bibliography, formatted according to APA standards. In your analysis, you must address specific questions including: why the change is considered transformational, what data or information should have been collected or was collected, which interventions were or should be implemented, and how success was or can be measured. Additionally, reflect on what you, as a manager within the organization, could do to enhance the success of the change process and consider relevant environmental factors such as laws, regulations, community needs, and labor markets.

You are required to integrate and highlight at least six OD-related concepts, principles, strategies, or practices within your analysis, using bold font for these terms. Support your arguments with relevant graphics or illustrations, such as charts, tables, or concept maps, to reinforce your points. Use a total of at least six references, including the course textbook and five credible outside sources, to substantiate your research, with proper APA citation within the paper and in the reference list.
