Throughout this course, I have learned that having to meet a certain word count for an assignment makes you really think about what you are writing. I initially thought I would just find answers and write them down. However, it also required research and adding more words to meet the requirements. I was terrible at research at first and almost wanted to cry, but I think I have improved. Being able to research and cite properly will help me greatly in the future. Many companies require effective writing, so being able to do it correctly is a valuable skill. I also tend to keep to myself, so responding to classmates was intimidating initially. I believe doing these responses will help in communicating better with patients and employers in the future. I have really enjoyed this class and learning all about health care administration.

This approach not only enhances comprehension but also hones one's ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and convincingly, skills that are vital in the healthcare industry where clear documentation and professional communication are essential (Drucker, 2018).

Moreover, engaging in research and citation practices, often initially challenging, has become a crucial part of my academic growth. For someone like me, who tends to be reserved, participating in discussions and responding to classmates was initially intimidating. Building confidence in articulating ideas and providing constructive feedback is a vital aspect of healthcare management (Kumar & Katiyar, 2019). Improved communication skills will enable me to collaborate effectively, convey information clearly, and foster positive relationships in my future career.

Lastly, this course provided comprehensive knowledge about healthcare administration, including understanding the organizational structures, regulatory environment, and ethical considerations.
