In conducting the Global Emotional Intelligence Test (GEIT), I found that my EI level is quite high, which corresponds to a leadership style that emphasizes empathy, self-awareness, and strong interpersonal skills. This result suggests that I tend to lead with emotional awareness, fostering positive relationships within my team and utilizing my understanding of team members’ emotional states to motivate and guide them effectively (Mayer, Salovey, & Caruso, 2004).
