Project Management is the practice of creating/understanding the scope - requirements + constraints - of a problem, and then coming up with a solution for the problem - designing, testing, deploying the solution, before pushing into production (i.e., Training, post-deployment fixes, etc).

IT & Software Development PM involves guiding a project from ideation through execution, including the Operational Readiness Review (ORR) before transitioning to production. The Agile methodology facilitates this process through iterative development and testing in overlapping cycles called sprints.

TechaaService LLC is a small IT and Business Management company focused on developing technical solutions to address real-world business challenges across public and private sectors. The company's team comprises diverse experts working in sub-contracting arrangements, ensuring clients receive top talent for their projects.

Project Summary

TechaaService has been commissioned by DepHealth Corp to develop a custom records management application. DHC policy designates all employee emails and files as official company records, which must be retained for three, seven, or ten years depending on employee level. Additionally, employee records involved in ongoing litigation must be preserved until litigation closure. The project involves building this application on Microsoft Azure to meet these requirements, featuring an internal web interface for stakeholders and a centralized database system segmented by data type.
