My name is Jaber Alhazzaa, and I am from Kuwait. I am currently a student aiming to graduate in spring 2019. Outside of academics, I enjoy playing basketball and going to the gym. Professionally, I serve as a Lieutenant Colonel in the Kuwaiti Army, with 16 years of dedicated service to my nation. I truly love my work, and I find fulfillment in my daily duties.
In 2014, I moved to the United States and spent my time in San Diego, California. During my stay, I enrolled in an English language program offered at the University of California, San Diego (UCSD). UCSD is a beautiful university located in a wonderful city known for its excellent weather, beaches, and numerous recreational activities. I lived there for about a year, and those were some of the most memorable moments of my life.
After my time in San Diego, I transitioned to Northern Arizona University (NAU) in Flagstaff, Arizona, to pursue my major in Business Management. I believed that studying management would greatly support my career in the military and broaden my understanding of leadership and organizational skills. NAU provided an ideal environment for acquiring the knowledge needed to serve my nation more effectively.
My goal is to gain maximum knowledge through my studies to better serve my country.
