Follow the guidelines provided in the Strayer Library: SWS Guidelines for Slideshow Presentations. Review the rubric carefully before you begin working on the assignment. Using the template, create an eight-slide presentation that will be part of a pitch deck for the company that hired you as a business consultant. Each slide should include 1-2 paragraphs of speaker notes that will be utilized to explain the content to the company leadership during your presentation. Research two close competitors to understand their approaches to the identified challenge or opportunity. Analyze their strategies, solutions, and results related to this issue. Use detailed speaker notes to connect how their approaches could inform or influence your company's potential strategy. Highlight relevant tactics, investments, or innovations that demonstrate effective solutions.

Slides 5-7: Recommendations

Propose a detailed approach to address the challenge or capitalize on the opportunity. Specify which areas of the company should be involved—such as human resources, management, finance, or marketing—and explain why. Describe the recommended strategies, actions, or initiatives, supporting your ideas with relevant reasoning and anticipated outcomes.

Provide a list of three or more credible, relevant sources supporting your analysis and recommendations. Ensure each source is cited at least once within your speaker notes. Use proper citation formats consistent with Strayer Writing Standards (SWS).
