My experience throughout the BUS411 Business Policy Seminar has been profoundly shaped by these core principles, which have guided my approach to learning, teamwork, and professional development.

In the introduction to the course, I was introduced to the fundamental Baldrige Core Values, including visionary leadership, customer-centered excellence, organizational and personal learning, valuing workforce members and partners, agility, focus on the future, managing for innovation, management by fact, societal responsibility, focus on results and creating value, and systemic perspective. These values form the foundation for achieving organizational success through ethical, innovative, and customer-oriented practices. From the outset, I recognized the alignment of these values with my personal goals of continuous improvement and ethical leadership.

Throughout the course, I observed how these core values manifested in various activities and assignments.
