  • Download and open the file named exploring_w02_grader_h1.docx.
  • Ensure the insertion point is on the first line. Open the Styles pane. Create a new style named Title_Page_1 as a Paragraph style with 22 pt font size and a font color of Blue, Accent 1, Darker 50%. Apply this style to the first line.
  • Select the second line, "A Study for Managers Involved in the Hiring Process," and change its font size to 16 pt and font color to Blue, Accent 1, Darker 50%.
