Business description: It has been for a long time I have had an interest in the hospitality industry and I would like to start a multi-cultural restaurant. This business is aimed at offering customers hospitality and catering services. A unique and attractive type of restaurant that is going to attract customers from all areas and with time expand to branches worldwide.

Company description: The restaurant is devoted to providing foods and drinks in varieties. It is evident that there are a couple of operating restaurants but we aim to provide a unique set of tastes in our foods by offering a mixed cultural set that satisfies different cultures across the globe. Furthermore, we are determined to offer the best service to our customers by making them our first priority.

Awareness and communication: The marketing department is tasked with the mandate to use technology, creativity, and customer loyalty to communicate our values and benefits to our customers. For instance, we are developing an active website where we shall create awareness about our products and services for our customers to see. This attractive platform is meant to provide customers with a chance to share their feedback as well as participate in offers and discounts. The website, in conjunction with creative posters in our large-sized windows that we intend to design, will attract customers on the driveways and online, providing them with a picture of the values of our products and services.

Our products are going to serve the multicultural set of people, giving everyone a chance to feel appreciated. We intend to provide first-class service, ensuring the health of our customers is maintained at the highest level by observing maximum hygiene. External factors affecting the business include cultural beliefs possibly contradicting our offerings, legal regulations concerning hygiene and business operations, technological advancements, and economic influences on pricing strategies.

Technology factors: The restaurant aims to utilize high-end equipment effective in food processing. For processing foods like pizza and burgers, we require machines with high heat capacity. We also plan to implement point-of-sale computers for our staff to enhance record-keeping and financial accounting. Additionally, customer communication tools like bells for order notifications will be used. Our website will be further enhanced to facilitate business communication and involve customers in decision-making.

Conclusion: Penetrating the hospitality industry is challenging; however, offering unique tastes, diverse products, and high-quality services makes our venture promising. By addressing external factors with innovative strategies and technological integration, our restaurant aims to establish a competitive presence both locally and globally.
