The Writing Process Part 2

The Writing Process, Part 2

For exam 986098, The Writing Process, Part 2, there are two questions that require your response. The exam questions to be answered can be found on page 102 of your digital study guide. Please review both the exam instructions on page 101 and the questions carefully before seeking assistance from your school. Use a word-processing program, preferably Microsoft Word, to complete your exam. Include your name and student number at the top of every page, save your work appropriately, and submit it as a .doc or .rtf file via the Student Portal as instructed.

Paper For Above instruction

The first question in the exam asks you to write a composition of three to five paragraphs on one of the following topics: argue for or against limiting speed limits; explain why a particular sport is your favorite; compare and contrast driving in winter and summer; analyze the best way to buy a car, mow a lawn, or prepare a meal; or describe a memorable day in your life. Your essay should have a clear introduction, body, and conclusion, demonstrating your ability to organize ideas logically and develop your thoughts coherently.

The second question requires you to write a business letter of complaint following the full-block format. Your letter can address any issue such as malfunctioning equipment, poor building maintenance, or disruptive noises. It should be based on a real experience or a fabricated scenario, but it must be your original work. Using a template or form letter is prohibited, as it would indicate a lack of effort and originality. Your letter should be well-structured, polite, and clear in expressing your grievance, adhering to the conventions of a professional business letter.

When completing this exam, ensure your responses are thoughtful and well-organized, demonstrating your understanding of the writing process. Carefully proofread your work for clarity, coherence, and correctness before submitting. Remember that the quality of your writing, including grammar, punctuation, and structure, will be evaluated. Following these guidelines will help you produce effective, polished responses to both questions.
