The most interesting thing I found on CareerQuest was the group they have for employees from all different types of departments and regions where they can talk and communicate. One of my goals is to get my Bachelor's degree in Computer Science as less money as possible. Being in the Army as Active duty allows me to use tuition assistant as a given and this knocks off the attainable and measurable portion of SMART. Time-bound could also be tied onto this goal because I want it before I get out of the Army and tuition assistant is only available for being Active duty. 2. My major is Computer Science and I did not choose it based off of SMART strategy. It was mostly based on my interest in computers and wanting to know more things of what I can possibly do.
