I work for a China and America international trading company(Company name: America(UIC)Company) and my position is Business affairs assisting the Executive Director. I will assist him to help Chinese enterprise executives and company managers to come to the United States for business investigation and training, sorting out materials and making reports. However, due to the recent virus, I finished my work at home. Recently, my company taught courses on the Internet to help Chinese executives and company managers conduct training. I will help the Executive Director sort out relevant materials at home in advance to facilitate his lecture. The report should also include what I learned from this internship and what experience I gained.

In my role as a Business Affairs Assistant to the Executive Director, my responsibilities centered around facilitating cross-border interactions between Chinese enterprises and the United States. This involved organizing materials for upcoming business investigations and training programs, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and timely delivery. Given the shift to online courses, I learned how to utilize various digital platforms to prepare and streamline educational content, making the training sessions more effective despite the physical distance.
One of the critical aspects of this internship was understanding the logistical challenges involved in international business exchanges. COVID-19 introduced new obstacles, such as travel restrictions and health protocols, which required innovative solutions to maintain the continuity of our activities.
