Current Leadership Skills and Theoretical Foundations
Based on my coursework and experiences, I recognize that my leadership skills revolve around effective communication, emotional intelligence, adaptability, and strategic thinking. These skills have enabled me to foster team cohesion, resolve conflicts, and adapt to changing organizational demands. To deepen my leadership capabilities, I have identified transformational leadership as particularly beneficial to my role. Transformational leadership emphasizes inspiring and motivating followers to exceed expectations by fostering a shared vision and encouraging innovation.
