PART 2: Where is your time going? This is just a simple chart I built in word -- one slice of the energy pie is equal to one hour of the day (each hour is 4% of your day). This can help you see & figure the big-time consumers of your day, percentage wise. This can aid in the reflection questions below as well!

How much of your day is taken up by which activities? For example, if you sleep from 11pm until 7am which is 8 hours and each hour is 4%, then 8 x 4% (0.04) = 32 %. So, 32% of your day is sleep. You do NOT need to complete the chart but just use it to help you figure out the big-time consumers of your day. I do want to see your calculations of those big items such as sleep percentage of your day, work/school/phone use, etc?

For instance, I found that I spend an average of 8 hours a day on sleep, which constitutes 33% of my daily time. Work activities took another 4 hours (17%), and social media scrolling turned out to consume about 2 hours (8%). The remainder of my time was spread across cooking, commuting, and exercise, highlighting the multifaceted nature of my daily routine. This exercise illuminated the 'grey' areas where time may be wasted, such as excessive screen time, which I am now motivated to reduce.
