The company: At least 3 pages of explanation about the company: Mission, Vision, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats, software they are using already, as well as strategic objectives and the explanation of the principal possible cross impacts, illustrated by the correspondent table.

Final Project: Word file of 10 pages, Arial 10 with the following elements;

- The consultancy work: Two pages about the methodology you have used and the different groups of software you studied.

- The recommendations: At least 5 pages of an explanation of the software you consider they should introduce, why and when each kind of software should be introduced and how to use it productively for the company, including the selection table and other figures as illustration.

- Conclusions: 1 page explanations about the usefulness of the consultancy, for the company and for you. Comments about the experience.

- Company achievement and information (What’s the mission and vision, Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats), as well as what software they are using now, and what they think they are going to need.

- Making Cross Impact Analysis.

- Make a list of all possible kinds of useful software (ERP components, Productivity tools, social networks, and other integrative tools).

- Analysis of the utility of each kind of software for Mission, Vision, Strategic objectives, and Cross Impacts.

- Project of Consultancy for Software Selection and use, including exploration of possibilities for each element, obtaining information from vendors, preparing recommendations, and integrating a document with information and recommendations, followed by preparing a presentation.

Students are graded based on their work quality, presentation, attendance, and timely submission.
