Our group’s learning outcomes from this article review primarily include a deeper understanding of diverse leadership styles and their applicability in real-world team settings. The significance of transformational and authentic leadership styles became apparent, especially in fostering motivation, trust, and innovation.

This knowledge underscored the role of leaders as facilitators who adapt to various external and internal changes, leveraging different leadership approaches as needed.

In creating PowerPoint presentations to communicate these learning outcomes, we focused on clarity, visual engagement, and succinct summaries of key theories and insights. This process improved our teamwork, communication, and technical skills, preparing us for future leadership roles and scholarly endeavors.
