Throughout this course, my understanding of the intrinsic value of work and learning has deepened significantly. A particularly enlightening realization has been the emphasis on intrinsic motivation, recognizing that the true value of our efforts transcends mere grades or external validation. This perspective encourages a more meaningful engagement with learning, fostering personal growth and resilience, especially when faced with challenges.

The course's exploration of self-awareness—understanding personal biases and viewpoints—resonates deeply with my previous experiences.
