Week 3 Project Drafting A Policy And Programfor This Assignment You

For this assignment, you will draw upon the work you have completed thus far, and take your intervention plan through the next two stages. First, you’ll draft a policy and a program in response to the problem you have been considering, then you’ll choose which approach is preferable. Having made the choice between program and policy, you’ll then create an action plan for moving forward. Your written report should cover the following specific areas:

Paper For Above instruction

Program Description: The program you intend to create should be clearly defined, including its objectives, scope, and structure. The target population must be identified, specifying who or what the program is designed to serve or impact. Additionally, you should outline the job descriptions of the staff involved, detailing their roles, responsibilities, and the necessary skills and training required to perform effectively within the program.

Policy Drafting: Develop a specific, clear policy statement that addresses the identified problem. Define the target population of the policy, explicitly stating who is included and who is not. Specify the responsible authority responsible for implementing and overseeing the policy, including the roles and responsibilities assigned to this authority.

Intervention Selection: Choose between the program and policy options you have described. Provide a well-reasoned justification for your selection, explaining why the chosen intervention is the most suitable and effective approach in addressing the problem.

Action Plan: Present a detailed action plan for implementing the selected intervention. This plan should include an identification of the resources needed and an estimation of associated costs. List the specific activities necessary to execute the intervention, and assign responsibility for each task to a particular employee or job title, using job titles rather than individual names. The plan should follow the steps outlined in the course lectures and readings, ensuring a clear pathway from planning to execution.
