There are many other things that play a role in success but time management is the absolutely one of the top priorities.

You cannot get your time back. Manage it wisely. Reflecting on the discussions, readings, intellipath content and assignments in this course, what are the most important leader, follower, cultural and situational characteristics that contribute to effective leadership? Why? Being an effective leader takes heart.

Having a passion for people and an overwhelming desire to see them succeed in every area of their life is something many in power do not have. I truly believe relationships are the life blood of success. creating a great relationship can change the whole view of everything. Knowing the personality and the culture your followers/peers/co-workers come from is a major key to earning their trust and success in the environment. What role does technology play in the efficacy and influence of leadership in the 21st century? Technology gives you access to everyone.

Most people in power are required to be on social media, because it makes them human. It shows their like and dislikes, it shows them being a person not just a supervisor or boss. I believe technology makes the work environment better.
