This query will identify all computers within the client base whose warranty expiration date has passed. Additionally, it will rank these computers based on how long they have been out of warranty, providing a metric for prioritizing service or replacement planning. This information is crucial for PCC because it helps allocate resources efficiently, predict potential hardware failures, and suggest upgrade or replacement strategies to clients. For example, a machine that has been out of warranty for over a year might be flagged for urgent servicing, as warranty support is no longer available, increasing the risk of downtime.
