Technology plays a dual role in bioethics; it offers solutions to environmental problems but also presents new ethical dilemmas. For example, genetic modification and cloning techniques have the potential to either aid conservation efforts or threaten natural biodiversity by disrupting ecological balances. Bioethics, therefore, serves as a framework to evaluate the moral implications of using such technologies, ensuring they are deployed responsibly. As individuals and students, we can contribute to this cause by raising awareness about elephant conservation, supporting policies that protect wildlife, reducing our consumption of products linked to illegal poaching, volunteering with conservation organizations, promoting sustainable tourism, and participating in educational campaigns that emphasize the importance of biodiversity.
