It not only communicates one's unique traits and values but also influences how others perceive and engage with a leader. This paper explores the process of assessing personal leadership qualities, identifying core traits, and creating a compelling presentation that "sells" one's leadership style. According to day-to-day entrepreneurial activities, leadership goes beyond managing tasks; it encompasses inspiring, motivating, and influencing others effectively (Avolio & Gardner, 2005). Developing an authentic leadership brand requires introspection, assessment, and strategic communication. This process aligns individual traits with the demanding environment of entrepreneurship, fostering trust and credibility among stakeholders (Bergh et al., 2019). This paper demonstrates how to identify personal leadership attributes and craft a presentation that captures one's essence as an entrepreneurial leader.

Assessing Personal Leadership Traits

The first step involved taking a leadership assessment test to identify core traits. The assessment revealed strengths such as resilience, innovation, empathy, and strategic thinking. These traits resonate with my personal experiences and my approach to leadership within entrepreneurial ventures. Resilience enables me to navigate setbacks; innovation fuels my creativity; empathy helps me build strong relationships; and strategic thinking guides my decision-making process (Northouse, 2018). These qualities form the foundation of my leadership brand.

Identifying Core Leadership Areas

Based on the assessment results, I selected four key areas that exemplify my leadership style:
