Paper For Above instruction
My name is Jhon Doe, and I am currently pursuing my Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Miami Dade College, with this being my final semester. I have been working as a nurse in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) for the past two years, which has provided me with valuable clinical experiences. In my future, I aspire to become a Nurse Practitioner.
Having watched the videos "Healing Beyond Medicine" and "Integrative Health," I gained a deeper understanding of CAM approaches that focus on holistic healing—integrating conventional medicine with practices like acupuncture, herbal medicine, and meditation. These videos highlighted the importance of viewing health as a balance between physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. I believe CAM can complement traditional treatments, offering patients more personalized and holistic care.
My personal experience with CAM includes trying meditation to manage stress, which has improved my mental clarity and emotional balance. I am interested in learning more about how CAM can enhance patient care, especially in promoting wellness and preventive health. My goal is to incorporate integrative approaches into my future nursing practice to support holistic healing and improve patient outcomes.
Overall, these videos have inspired me to explore CAM further and consider its role in comprehensive healthcare. I look forward to gaining knowledge that will enable me to serve my patients better through a holistic health paradigm.
