In observing the organization’s attitude toward technological change, I noticed a generally positive culture that valued innovation. However, I also observed some challenges associated with technological integration in HRD. These issues underscore the importance of effective training and change management strategies within HRD efforts to ensure smooth transitions. Moreover, the reliance on technology raised ethical considerations concerning data privacy and security. Ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive information, such as personal details of donors and recipients, became a critical concern. Reflecting on my feelings during this volunteer experience, I found it rewarding to contribute to a community cause.
