Over recent months, management observed that production errors were rising, and safety incidents had increased by 15%, leading to disruptions and increased costs. These issues highlighted a pressing need for targeted training to improve specific areas, including technical skills related to machinery operation, quality assurance, and safety protocols. The company's leadership recognizes that investing in staff development will directly improve productivity, reduce errors, and promote safer working conditions, thus ensuring continued competitiveness in the market.
The primary recipients of the training will be the assembly line workers and supervisors within the production department. The targeted group includes approximately 60 employees, with 45 front-line workers responsible for assembling components and 15 supervisors overseeing the process.
