Article Critique: Using The CSU Online Library Or Another So
Article Critique utilize The Csu Online Library Or Another Online Acade
Utilize the CSU Online Library or another online academic database, such as Alabama Virtual Library or University Library, and select two peer-reviewed, scholarly articles. The first should be related to the topic of Chapter 13: Creating Vision and Strategic Direction. The second article should be on the topic of Chapter 15: Leading Change. Be sure that the articles relate to this course material. As you prepare your article critiques, follow the instructions below.
If possible, search for articles that have been published within the last five years. To locate scholarly articles on these topics, access the online academic database of your choice and utilize the advanced search option to search for peer-reviewed, scholarly articles. You may want to experiment with keywords such as leadership, vision, change, human resources (HR), planning, and recruiting.
Your critiques should be written in APA format. Begin with an introduction that defines the subject of your critique and identifies the author's point of view; this should not be considered a reference for the article. Identify the author and title of the article as part of this introduction.
In your critique, start by explaining the author's ideas, including specific passages that support your description of their point of view. Then, offer your own opinion—what you think about the argument—highlighting points you agree or disagree with, and support these points with specific passages from the articles. Conclude each critique by summarizing your main arguments and re-emphasizing your stance.
Format your critiques as follows:
“Title of Article 1” Critique
Body of the critique—including summary, analysis of the author's ideas, and your evaluation—begins here. Use specific quotes, paraphrases, or summaries to support your analysis and opinions.

Note: The combined document should be approximately four pages, double-spaced, including both critiques, and formatted according to APA guidelines.
