In your career, you have needed to show client progress, program progress, and maybe agency effectiveness and performance. Although social workers do not always think in terms of measurement, data gathering, and statistics, that is what you do on a regular basis. Use the readings from this week along with your social work experience to share the types of evaluation you have already performed and how you will use those skills in developing evaluation methods for your grant.
