The process of identifying relevant research topics in a business context involves a comprehensive understanding of managerial challenges and opportunities that organizations face. Based on my professional experience and the knowledge gained during this course, I have identified three potential research topics that could significantly contribute to organizational improvement and strategic decision-making.

The first research topic centers on the impact of remote work on employee productivity and organizational culture. The rise of telecommuting, accelerated by recent global events, has transformed traditional workplace dynamics. The managerial problem here involves understanding how remote work influences employee engagement, productivity, and communication effectiveness. The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between remote work arrangements and organizational outcomes, providing insights into best practices for maintaining a cohesive culture while leveraging flexibility. The core research questions include: "How does remote work impact employee productivity?" and "What managerial strategies facilitate effective remote team management?"

The second research topic explores the efficiency of supply chain resilience strategies in mitigating disruptions. The global supply chain has experienced unprecedented disruptions due to geopolitical tensions, pandemics, and natural disasters. The organizational opportunity lies in developing strategies to enhance supply chain robustness and agility. The purpose here is to evaluate different resilience methods—such as diversified sourcing, inventory management, and technological integration—and their effectiveness in ensuring supply continuity. Key questions include: "Which supply chain strategies most effectively mitigate disruption risks?" and "How can organizations balance costs and resilience in supply chain management?"

The third research topic investigates the integration of sustainable practices into corporate strategy to improve reputation and operational efficiency. With increasing stakeholder emphasis on environmental responsibility, organizations face managerial challenges in embedding sustainability without compromising profitability. The purpose of this research is to identify sustainable practices that align with business goals and evaluate their impact on financial performance and stakeholder perception. Important questions are: "What sustainable practices have the most significant impact on organizational reputation?" and "How do sustainability efforts influence operational efficiency and profitability?"

Each of these topics addresses critical managerial problems—remote workforce management, supply chain resilience, and sustainability integration—that organizations must navigate to remain competitive in a complex environment. The insights derived from these studies can guide managers in designing effective policies and practices, ultimately leading to improved organizational performance and strategic positioning.
