Option 1: If you have ever done something (or thought about doing something) that may be considered unhealthy when you were under a lot of stress, such as using alcohol or tobacco products to de-stress, write a narrative response addressing the following points:

  • Why do you think that’s unhealthy?
  • Why do you think you did what you did?
  • What would be a healthier alternative?

Option 2: If you have not engaged in such behaviors, write a narrative response addressing the following points:

  • What do you think stopped you from doing those things?
  • Why would other people do unhealthy things when under a lot of stress?
