Of the 3-5 sources, at least one should be a book, one should be a periodical article, and one should be a web source. Each source listed will include a 3-5 sentence annotation describing its relevance to the research topic. The annotated bibliography should be single-spaced with one-inch margins on all sides. Additionally, a cover sheet should be included with the title/research topic, student name, university name, and instructor's name.
