This approach provides clarity on task sequencing, resource allocation, and deadlines, ensuring the successful execution of the project.

Firstly, the Project Initiation and Planning phase encompasses defining project scope, identifying stakeholders, and establishing objectives and resources. During this stage, project management tasks such as developing the project charter, stakeholder analysis, and initial planning are undertaken. This phase sets the foundation for all subsequent tasks and is vital for aligning team efforts with organizational goals.

Secondly, the Market Research and Analysis task involves gathering customer insights, analyzing competitors, and defining target audiences.
