I might find working with clients from highly collectivist backgrounds both beneficial and enriching, as it offers opportunities to develop deeper skills in family and community engagement. Engaging with such clients could significantly enhance my cultural competence, broaden my understanding of social justice issues, and deepen my commitment to advocacy and equitable service delivery.
