Paper For Above instruction

Introduction

Effective communication is a vital skill in the modern professional landscape, especially when delivering speeches that aim to persuade or inform. This assignment seeks to synthesize research, feedback, and personal insights into a polished final speech that addresses a specific topic of interest. Incorporating credible resources and adhering to APA formatting ensures clarity and scholarly integrity in the presentation.

Development and Incorporation of Feedback

The initial draft of my speech served as a foundational blueprint, which was subsequently refined based on instructor feedback. The feedback highlighted the need for clearer thesis statements and enhanced supporting evidence, prompting me to revise my main points for greater coherence. I also received advice to improve the organization and flow, leading to restructuring certain sections to better guide the audience through my arguments. Additionally, I incorporated more scholarly references to reinforce my claims, aligning with academic standards. This iterative process allowed me to develop a more compelling and logically structured final version, poised for effective delivery.

Final Speech Content

My final speech focuses on the importance of sustainable business practices in contemporary organizations. I begin by defining sustainability and its relevance in today’s economic climate. The body of the speech explores three supporting topics: the environmental benefits of sustainable operations, the economic advantages for businesses adopting eco-friendly strategies, and the societal impacts of corporate responsibility initiatives. Throughout, I cite recent studies from credible sources such as the Journal of Business Ethics and reports from the Environmental Protection Agency, integrating paraphrased and summarized information to bolster my points. In conclusion, I emphasize that sustainable practices are not only ethically sound but also financially beneficial, urging organizations to prioritize sustainability for long-term success.
