Utilizing DISC Behavioral Characteristics to Shape Organizational Culture

Reflecting on the DISC behavioral assessment from Module 01, I identified traits that are most influential in leadership—namely dominance and influence. Dominance reflects a drive for achievement and control, while influence emphasizes interpersonal skills and motivating others. Leveraging these traits can significantly shape my small business; for instance, by embodying initiative and decisiveness (dominance), I can set clear targets, make swift decisions, and foster a results-oriented environment. Simultaneously, by emphasizing influence, I will cultivate a positive workplace culture that encourages collaboration, open communication, and team spirit.
