This week’s primary text, which focuses on rhetorical modes, illustrates how critical it is to identify the purpose behind a process description and how one should tailor the communication to meet audience expectations (Norton, p. xx). One question that I found particularly challenging was understanding the nuanced distinctions between process and casual analysis, especially in terms of structure and purpose. I believe more practice and examples demonstrating this distinction would enhance comprehension.

As I moved through the required readings, I found myself critically engaged in the discussions surrounding the construction of a perfect sandwich.
