It will discuss the organization from within including and not limited to the functions within Disney Pixar. Integrate information across disciplines and from differing perspectives. The paper will discuss the different areas within the organization other than the main core areas and talk about how these areas are different and how they help other departments. Lead and collaborate in virtual, global, and culturally diverse environments. This area will focus on the overseas markets and trends and how they help the communities they build in.

Also offer insight in to sustainability in the overseas market. Integrate principles of ethics and integrity into business decision. How they determine their business decisions, the ethics behind their policies, ethics with regards to overseas business Estimate expected length. 25-40 pages, double spaced, APA format. Just fine-tune this proposal and turn it into a paper instead of a table, with an introduction, conclusion, subheadings, and such.

This should be just 2–3 pages long and needs at least 2 references the are professional references and can use Disney websites; and should set you up to begin work on the actual capstone project in your next course.
